Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

All orders require 1 business day to process before shipping, regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you don't see your shipping confirmation email, be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

Please note that shipping fees (standard or express) and any third-party charges such as insurance are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

⚠️ Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping details may experience an additional 1–2 business day delay. Please double-check your address and contact information at checkout to avoid processing issues.


Shipping & Delivery Notes

Most packages are delivered directly to your mailbox or doorstep, but it’s at the courier’s discretion. If they feel the location isn’t secure, they may hold the package at a nearby pickup point or attempt re-delivery.

For smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to a location where someone is available to receive the package - such as a workplace or a friend’s address.


U.S. State Sales Tax

Divage Hair is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the following states:

WI, WA, VA, UT, TX, PA, NC, NV, NE, MI, MD, LA, KY, KS, IN, IL, GA, CO, CA, AR, NY

These taxes are set by local governments and are remitted directly to the appropriate state agencies. Divage Hair does not profit from these charges.
We do ship to military APO/FPO addresses.


International Duties & Taxes

Canada

Orders ship via DHL Express from our U.S. warehouse (1–5 business days) and are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)—meaning no additional duties will be charged upon delivery.
Applicable taxes are calculated and paid at checkout to ensure a smooth, fee-free delivery experience.

UK, Germany, Australia, France, UAE, Switzerland & EU

Orders to these regions are also shipped DDP using Express shipping (1–5 business days). Duties and taxes are included in your final price—no extra fees upon delivery.

Other International Countries

At checkout, you’ll have the option to prepay duties and taxes. If you choose not to prepay, your order will ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you may be responsible for local customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges upon delivery.

Divage Hair recommends prepaying at checkout for a seamless delivery and to avoid unexpected charges.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Because we aim to ship orders quickly, there’s only a short window to cancel or make changes once an order is placed.

If you need to cancel or update your address, contact us immediately at info@divage.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

If the order ships with the wrong address and is returned to our warehouse, we can either resend it to the correct address or issue a full refund (minus any upgraded shipping costs).

🔁 Note: If you selected upgraded shipping and your package is returned due to an incorrect address, those additional shipping fees are non-refundable.


Package Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

All orders include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you didn’t receive your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

  3. Read our support article here for further steps.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for packages that show as delivered to the correct address.
If you’ve experienced lost or stolen packages before, we strongly recommend:

  • Adding shipping insurance at checkout.

  • Using a work address or another secure location for delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 180 days, as long as the main compartment seal is intact.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Accessories, hair care products, and sample swatches are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Items listed in our Final Sale section may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
