DO YOU HAVE A RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
Yes! At DIVAGE, we want you to love your hair. If you're not fully satisfied with the color or product, we are happy to accommodate returns or exchanges of unopened hair extensions within 180 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns and exchanges on items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way. All items must be returned in their original packaging with the security seal fully intact.

WHY CAN’T OPENED HAIR EXTENSIONS BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Once opened, they are exposed to contamination risks and can no longer be resold. For the safety and peace of mind of all our clients, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS FOR A DIFFERENT COLOR?
To start an exchange, please email us at info@divagehair.com with your order number. All exchanges must be returned unopened in the original packaging, undamaged, and with the security seal fully intact.
Once we receive your return at our facility in Toronto, Canada, and inspect it, we’ll ship out your replacement hair in the correct shade.

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES?
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable service as DIVAGE is not responsible for lost return shipments.
- For international returns, mark the parcel as “RETURN – NO DUTIES” to avoid it being rejected by Canadian customs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll be notified once the new set has shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
